Prize Exhibit , a euro import, owns an alw win and a trio of 4th place finishes in top West Coast turf outings in her 4 U.S. starts, including last Fall’s B/C Juvy Fillies Turf test! Red Sashay , a daughter of Big Brown and was a last out winner of the Honey Ryder Stakes turfer down at Gulfstream Park!
Where Ben’s Cat and Bold Thunder, will square off again at 5 fast furlongs on the Penn National turf course in a rematch of that thrilling GIII Jim McKay Stakes finish at Pimlico just a few weeks ago will be Race #2 here on this Saturday’s Penn National card!

Bobby’s Kitten , will be the 8/5 M/L favorite for Saturday’s $500,000, Penn Mile Stakes, for 3yo’s, at a mile over the Penn National turf course as they’ll offer an evening of Stakes racing here with purses totaling more than $1 Million!
Bobby’s Kitten, who showed so much promise with a good 3rd in last fall’s B/C Juvy Turf tussle, but finished a very poor 12th last out in the GI Bluegrass Stakes after shadowing the early leader that day but then tiring quickly after the 3rd call! He’s got something to prove here on Saturday!
Global View and Storming Inti , are the 1-2 finishers last out in the GII American Turf Stakes at Churchill where only a neck separated the pair at the line. Looks for these 2 to hook up again in the stretch.
Divine Oath , 2nd in the GIII Lexington Stakes last out but was 4 off Mr. Speaker that day. Only 3 starts on this one’s resume but it looks like he is more of a closer type!
Coastline, who was right there in the GIII Spiral Stakes finish 2 back then vied early last out in the GI Bluegrass Stakes only to falter down to a 10th finish! Tries turf for the first time here!
Laddie Boy, 2nd in the KJC Stakes last fall but has missed the board in his last 3 starts! Graded experience here but tends to like it up front early!
Mr Brioni , ships over from Parx, where it took 8 tries before breaking his maiden. Won a $35k Alw dust-up at a Mile there last out in a long drive for the up in time neck win. Not an early speed type here!
Sing the Dream , hasn’t raced since Dec 31st in an Aqueduct $75k 1x alw where he finished 5th. Does have a stakes win at Finger Lakes on his resume by more than 9 lengths, too! no turf form at all here and has never gone a mile before!
This upcoming pre-Belmont Stakes weekend, we’ll travel to central P.A. and Penn National Racecourse for their million dollar day of racing that’ll be capped off by the $500,000, Penn Mile Stakes, for 3yo turfers, at, of course 1-mile over the Penn National turf course!
With the 3yo turf season at Colonial Downs now in some real jeopardy this year, this race could take on added significance in the early 3yo turfing scene here in 2014, as races like the GII Virginia Derby at Colonial Downs may not happen at all this year!
