Free Past Performances – DRF
Bayern, 2/1 m/l favorite, winner of the GI Haskell last out and the likely early speed!
Tonalist, the 3/1 2nd choice, GI Belmont Stakes winner , 2nd in the GII Jim Dandy Stakes last time and will go early too!
Wicked Strong, the 7/2 3rd choice, winner of that same GII Jim Dandy Stakes last time and does his best running in the stretch!
Mr Speaker, at 10/1, winner of the GI Belmont Derby (turf) last out and is really better on the turf!
Kid Cruz, at 12/1, winner of the GIII Dwyer Stakes and 3rd in the GII Jim Dandy Stakes last time still might out of his depth here but comes on late when he comes!
“At 15/1 are the Trio of ; “
V.E. Day, winner of the Curlin Stakes last time out! where he got his head up just in time. Comes late!
Charge Now, 2nd in the Curlin Stakes last time out where he had the lead until the very last step! He might be on the flank of Bayern early on!
Commanding Curve, 2nd in the GI Kentucky Derby this year but has faltered in his last 2 starts and needs to find that old Derby magic again to compete here and probably will be a stretch runner if at all!
Viva Majorca, at 20/1, 4th in the Curlin Stakes last time out had a lot of trouble that race only to come up just a length short! Closer type mostly
Ulanbator, at 30/1, 3rd in the GIII Dwyer Stakes and 5th in the GII Jim Dandy Stakes last time! Although he has hit the board at the graded level he does not appears to have that big finish that can win a GI test. Maybe can pick up a piece here in your dime super, maybe!
