On Saturday, July 12th, Delaware Park offers its biggest day of stakes and graded stakes racing this summer that all culminates with the $750,000, GI Delaware Hcp, for 3yo and up F/Ms, going 1 1/4 mile around the Delaware Park main track!

Free Past Performances,

This year’s list of Probables is going to be remarkably short as Princess of Sylmar, a P.A. Bred and is stabled just up I-95 is a lock for a run in this Saturday’s big GI event as she may be looking towards California and a redeeming run in this Fall’s Breeders’ Cup Ladies Classic after a very off performance in that contest last year.

Also on our abbreviated list is the GIII Obeah Stakes winner Gamay Noir, winning the that local prep for entry into this F/M’s classic race here at Delaware Park each season.

The undefeated in 2014 Close Hatches could find her way into a starting gate here on Saturday which would make this a first-rate contest in the ladies handicap division this year, but for now, she’s only a possible at the moment!

But fear not our intrepid Del-Park readers and handicappers as more names like Grace Hall, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in the GIII Obeah Stakes in Montana Native and Ambusher are still sitting over on the nomination sheet here.

So, most assuredly you can expect more top names to come out here this Saturday as even an off the board finish here would pay out very nicely and even if 2 of the big 3 in the ladies hcp. division should show here on Saturday in a classic rematch!
